FEINZER guarantees its knives for a period of two years after the date of purchase. If any defect due to faulty materials or workmanship occurs within this two-year guarantee period, FEINZER will repair or replace the knife at its expense.

FEINZER will only provide repair or replacement if convincing proof is provided, for instance by means of a receipt, that the day on which service is claimed is within the guarantee period. This warranty only extends to the product's original purchaser.

The warranty is not valid if a defect is due to damage caused by incorrect use or poor maintenance, or accidental damage and  does not cover any normal wear or tear that might occur. Small chips and broken tips are not covered by this warranty, but in most cases can be corrected by re-sharpening.

To process your warranty claim, please email us at warranty@feinzer.com with your name, address, phone number, proof of purchase and details of the defect or submit a claim on our website at www.feinzer.com/warranty.

WARNING! Knives are extremely sharp tools and should only be used with the utmost care and caution. Any use other than cutting is considered misuse and abuse and will void your warranty.



FEINZER knives are intended and sold for legitimate cutting purposes only. The purchase, use, and ownership of knives are subject to a wide variety of local laws and regulations. Certain knife styles, blade designs, and blade lengths are not allowed in specific areas. It is the responsibility of the buyer to investigate and comply with the laws and regulations that apply in his or her specific area. FEINZER is not responsible for any claims resulting from violation of these laws and/or regulations. IN NO EVENT WILL FEINZER'S LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE KNIFE.
