We endeavour to produce only the finest of high performance ceramic knives. In the rare event that the knife delivered has any defects, we will of course replace it. Please refer to the ‘how do I return an item’ section.

How can I pay?

Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro debit and credit cards, and any other methods which may be advertised on the Site from time to time. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by FEINZER.

 

How can I use my discount code?

If you have a discount coupon code you may input it after you click ADD TO CART and you are taken to a page titled Shopping Cart. Underneath the chosen product information there is a grey box where you can enter your discount code in the available field.
Please make sure you click 'Apply Coupon' or the discount will not be applied. You will see the discounted amount applied onto your total. Only one discount can be applied per order.

How do I return an item?

 

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be very happy with your purchase, but if you are not 100% satisfied, please let us know by emailing us on customers@feinzer.com . We take pride in our products and offer a full refund.

We gladly accept returns of unused products within 14 days of delivery. Merchandise must be in its original packaging with the original tags attached. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

How to Return & Exchange Merchandise

1. Print your purchase confirmation email and clearly write instructions on what you would like to do. For returns, clearly state you would like to the return the product and reason why. For exchanges, clearly write that you would like to exchange the product, and what you would like to exchange it for.

Refunds

We will refund your debit card/credit card/PayPal within 7 days of receiving the returned merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
